Live weekly yoga classes
All classes are online via Zoom. Classes are suitable for all levels as I provide modifications, but if you are new to yoga I would suggest you try the Beginner’s Hatha Yoga first. Classes are either 45 or 60 minutes.

Great for anyone new to yoga as we pause in between postures.

A set series of standing and seated postures.

A relaxing class in which we practice moving meditation.
