By joining in a Plum Nutrition online class you agree to the following terms:
It is essential that you retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well-being in applying instructions in these classes to your own circumstances.
Consult your doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions and check if yoga is suitable for you. If you are pregnant, follow the recommended practice only.
Plum Nutrition is not a medical organization and cannot provide medical advice or diagnosis.
As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort you agree to listen to your body, adjust the posture or stop all together. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga.
Plum Nutrition will not accept liability for any injury or otherwise from your participation in the online classes offered. If you engage in this exercise, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Plum Nutrition from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Plum Nutrition’s negligence.
